If your donors are seeing "Error Code 103" or "Error Code 7" when attempting to donate it typically means the donation page is having trouble communicating with your Authorize.net account. 4aGoodCause uses your Authorize.net account's API Login and Transaction Key to log in to the payment gateway to process the payments.  

If you update your Transaction Key you must input the new key into 4aGoodCause. To resolve the "103" errors please update 4aGoodCause with your new Transaction Key. Once updated, run a test transaction to verify your donation page is back up and running.

If you don't know your Transaction Key, you can generate a new one.
