There are two ways to delete a contact from your CRM:
Delete a contact from your contact list:
- Login to https://4agc.com as a Nonprofit User.
- Click on Contacts on the left menu.
- You will see a list of all your contacts.
- Find the contact in the list.
- Click the menu icon on the right of the contact you wish to delete.
- Choose Delete from the menu and confirm the deletion.
Delete a contact from the contact's profile:
- Login to https://4agc.com as a Nonprofit User.
- Click on Contacts on the left menu.
- You will see a list of all your contacts.
- Find the contact in the list.
- Click the row of the Contact you wish to delete.
- Scroll to the bottom of the profile and click the Delete Contact button.
- Confirm the deletion.
Please note: Deleting a contact will not delete any transaction history for that contact. Those transactions will remain in your Donations or Registrations reports.
