Donors who have donated or ordered online through the 4aGoodCause fundraising platform can view their donation history, print receipts and manage recurring donations inside a donor account.

Each nonprofit that uses 4aGoodCause has its own donor account portal. Your nonprofit is encouraged to share the URL of your donor portal with your donors. 

Follow the instructions below to get your donor portal URL:

  1. Login to https://4agc.com as a Nonprofit User.
  2. Click on Account on the top right. 
  3. You'll see a form labeled My Information. 
  4. Scroll down until you see the form header Donor Account. 
  5. Click the square with an arrow inside it next to the Donor Account form header.
  6. Copy the URL in your browser window. 

Your donor account URL is also shared with donors via a link in your donation receipts and from the Log In link on your fundraising pages.
