Before sending an annual giving statement via email you need to configure the email address that annual statements should come from. Follow the steps below to configure that email address. 

  1. Login to as a Nonprofit User.
  2. Click on Settings on the left menu.
  3. Click on Annual Statements on the left menu. 
  4. Enter an email address into the text box. This should be a corporate email, not a personal email such as Gmail or Hotmail. 
  5. Click the Save button.
