Before sending an annual giving statement via email you need to configure the email address that annual statements should come from. Follow the steps below to configure that email address.
- Login to https://4agc.com as a Nonprofit User.
- Click on Settings on the left menu.
- Click on Annual Statements on the left menu.
- Enter an email address into the text box. This should be a corporate email, not a personal email such as Gmail or Hotmail.
- Click the Save button.
