How to Write Donation Page Headlines and Appeals With AI

When you edit your donation page (or other pages) in 4aGoodCause, you may see a Write with AI button. This tool helps you quickly create clear, persuasive text for your campaign.

Where to find it

  1. Log in to https://4agc.com as a Nonprofit User.

  2. Click on Campaigns on the left menu. 

  3. You will be presented with a list of your current campaigns. 

  4. Click the Menu icon on the right for the campaign you need to edit.

  5. Select Edit from the menu. 

  6. Go to the page you want to edit.

  7. Look for the Write with AI button in the editor.

How it works

  1. Click Write with AI.

  2. A widget will slide in from the right side of the screen.

  3. Fill in a few details about your campaign (for example: what you are raising money for, and why it matters).

  4. Click to generate your copy.

  5. Review the draft, then edit it to match your voice before publishing.

  6. Copy your final copy into the campaign.

What you can write with AI

Use the AI tool to create or improve:

  • Donation page headlines

  • Donation appeals

  • Thank you emails

  • Printable thank you letters (for mailing or hand delivery)

Use it for event campaigns too

You can also use Write with AI for event campaigns, including:

  • Registration pages

  • Event thank you emails

Just look for the Write with AI button, enter your campaign details, and let the tool draft the content.

Tip for best results

AI works best when you give it specifics. Include:

  • Who the funds help

  • What a donation pays for (examples help)

  • Your goal and deadline (if you have one)

  • Any matching gift or special reason to give now
