How to Disable Postal Mail Notification for Tribute Donations on your Donation Page

Some nonprofit teams don’t have the capacity to send postal notifications for tribute gifts (in honor or in memory). If that’s you, you can turn off postal mail notifications for tribute donations. Donors will still be able to notify a third party by automatic email, so their honoree or family gets the message quickly without added workload.
In the steps below, we’ll show you how to disable postal notifications and keep email notifications on.
Log in to https://4agc.com as a Nonprofit User.
Click on Campaigns on the left menu.
You will be presented with a list of your current campaigns.
Click the Menu icon on the right for the campaign you need to edit.
Select Edit from the menu.
Click the Donation page tab.
Scroll down to the Tribute Gift section.
Uncheck the checkbox labeled Postal Mail notification enabled.
Click Update Donation Page to save your changes.
